Missions principales

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to help lead and support a development team of around 14 developers, all working remotely from 8 countries around Europe.

You are not a Product Owner nor an Architect; you are responsible of your team efficiency (QoS, delivery, RUN) and, as a manager, you will follow up your team members’ evolution.

The team is responsible of the development of an online booking service for train travel throughout the UK and Europe. The mission of the team is to make booking trains anywhere in Europe as easy and affordable as possible, from epic international adventures to everyday local commutes. The team have been selling tickets since 2012 (read about LOCO2: https://loco2.com/our-story) and having reached market leader status, LOCO2 recently became part of the E-Voyageurs Group. In this structure, the team will have to develop its current applications in order to meet the B2C ambition for our International BU (Rail Europe).

The team is a close-knit, passionate and cosmopolitan team and care deeply about building an inclusive, open and supportive work environment.
